Bayside Interactive started as an application-development shop and grew into something a bit wider: we still build software, but we also run the early-stage research that decides whether a project is worth building at all, and we write down what we learn along the way.
Most of our work happens between Japan and teams elsewhere — which means clear documentation and honest timelines matter more to us than they might to a larger firm working in one market.
